Are smart bulbs compatible with wall dimmers?
No, smart bulbs cannot be connected to wall dimmers or other variable power devices. Dimming is only supported via the AiDot App or other compatible smart devices. -
Why can’t my light connect to the AiDot app?
1. Keep your phone and light within 98ft (in an open area). 2. Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on. 3. Reset the light by long-pressing the red button for 5 seconds until the light cycles between warm light and cool light, then add the light to the app. 4. Try to turn off other Bluetooth devices nearby. 5. When using Wi-Fi to add the light, ensure that the correct Wi-Fi password is entered.
