I ordered a two pack. Got that, but after I put the first one in (upside down, though that shouldn't make a difference) the glass part of the bulb fell off of the rest of it and shattered on my back porch moments after I shut my door. The other works great, although I put it in a socket that points up. So I ended up essentially getting one for the price of two. I tried contacting the company, but the phone number they gave me wasn't in service, and the email I got from their website has never been replied to. Is this company even in business anymore?

I really like the bulbs and when they are connected to the app, they're great. But one bulb continues to somehow disconnect and the only way to reconnect is to delete and start all over. The connection process within the app is quite difficult as I have to try it over and over before it works. It's this way with every bulb. It's very frustrating. If I didn't already have them I might look elsewhere.

After several hours I gave up and emailed customer service for help. I followed their instructions to the letter... Nope. Not one of the four bulbs would connect. I googled i searched YouTube... nothing worked. What did work however was returning the bulbs and buying a different brand. Home Venus... All 4 bulbs connected and worked perfectly in under 5 mins.

The first two weeks were great. Easy installation and app set up. After that, the app that controls the lights stopped working. I have no way of changing color, dimming up or down and have to be shut off by the cord I bought. Several people have complained on the app store, but no fix in two weeks. People who buy now will not have a way to set it up.

It is a led Edison bulb yes. Smart not so much. The App is poorly written code at best. It would not work on either of my phones nor a tablet. It keeps asking for settings to be changed for permissions. I gave it all the permissions it needed. It doesn't need my mic, my camera nor anything else. Heck I'm not even sure why it needs my location. It is a totally poor app.

These were easy to setup with an app. The brightness is perfect for reading or just having in the background. I love how easy it is to adjust the lighting and to turn off the bulbs. I just wish they would talk to Siri/Home kit, but that's Apple's fault.
