Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Linkind! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help with a clear and fair return and refund process.

1. Return Window

 You may return most physical products purchased directly from our website within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. The item must be:

      • Unused and in the original condition
      • In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included parts
      • Returned with your order number or receipt

This helps us ensure quality for all customers. 

2. How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

We will provide instructions on where to ship your return.

Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team — do not send returns to any other location unless instructed.

3. Who Pays Return Shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is for a defective or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.

Return shipping is at your own risk; we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

      • Confirm eligibility based on condition and packaging
      • Notify you via email of the refund status
      • Issue your refund to the original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days from receipt at our warehouse. Please note your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

If your return does not meet the policy conditions, your refund may be delayed or adjusted accordingly.

5. Exchanges

We can offer an exchange for the same item or a store credit where applicable. Exchanges are handled on a casebycase basis. Contact our support team to arrange an exchange.

6. NonReturnable & Final Sale Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

      • Items marked as final sale
      • Customized or personalized products
      • Digital downloads or software after delivery
      • Gift cards

If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us — we’re happy to help.

7. Bundles and MultiItem Sets

For bundle or kit purchases:

      • All items in the bundle must be returned together
      • If only part of the bundle is returned, the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from your refund amount

8. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it must be returned through the standard return process.
