Please note that if you purchased Linkind products from a retail store or third-party online distributor must be returned to the store or distributor where they were bought. We will only process returns for items purchased from linkind.com.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be:
- unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- in its original packaging
- purchase order ID
- your return authorization number from us
In certain situations where these criteria are not met, only a partial refund may be granted, namely if the item is:
- not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- returned more than 30 days after purchased

Tell the details about why you want to return. And attached photos or videos approve the item with issue.
Please note that, unless the item is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return it. We are not responsible for items that fail to reach us.
