Linkind Warranty Policy
1. What’s Covered & How Long
Linkind (“we,” “our,” or “us”) warrants that products you buy directly from linkind.com and aidot.com (the “Site), or authorized retailers are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the applicable warranty period listed below:

- Standard Warranty: Most products include a 1–4 year limited warranty, depending on the product model.
- Money-Back Guarantee: Eligible products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

The warranty applies only to new and certified refurbished products purchased through official channels (Including but not limited to linkind.com, aidot.com, and Amazon).
2. When Warranty Does Not Apply
Your warranty may be voided or denied if the issue is caused by:

- Failure to follow the product instructions
- Use under abnormal conditions
- Damage caused by natural events (e.g., fire, flood, lightning, earthquake)
- Consumable items (unless defective out of the box)
- Third-party promises that are not written and authorized by Linkind or AiDot

- Our total liability for any warranty claim will not exceed the purchase price you paid for the product.
- Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless local law requires otherwise.
