Due to COVID-19 restrictions, our team is working hard to ensure you receive the best possible service. Please note that we are still processing orders as normal but during this unprecedented time your order may take slightly longer to reach you as our delivery partners experience delays.
We apologise for any inconvenience and delays you may experience hearing back from us, but hope you will understand. Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll keep you updated on the progress of your delivery so keep an eye out for emails from us.
WHERE DOES LINKIND SHIP TO?
How will my order be shipped? How much does it cost?
Your order will be delivered from the local warehouse if we have stocks in your shipping country, like the US, UK, DE. Otherwise, we will ship from China. The shipping cost is free for order over $59.99. (Please note that we do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii.)
For some special products like Pour-over coffee maker and solar light, we also can ship to Japan, UAE, France, Italy, Spain, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and Brazil, and the shipping cost is also free.

We will make every effort to deliver all your items together and at the same time, however, in some cases, your order may arrive in separate consignments.
How can you place an order if you are outside our shipping country list?
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In most cases, we will process your order by the next business day, and shipping time will depend on where you live.
Delivery is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
If from warehouse, the shipping time would be 3-5 working days.
If from China, the shipping time would be 10-15 working days.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a notification email containing a tracking number for your order.
