Return Policy

Return of goods

Linkind is a brand of AiDot. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product purchased directly from the AiDot website, Please reach out to Linkind customer support (service@linkind.com) to initiate a return. The Linkind returns policy allows you return the item/s back to us for a refund for the price paid, or exchange for an item of the same value provided the following terms are met:

  • You return the item within30 days of the original shipment date.
  • You provide state the reason for return and an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
  • The item is still in original condition, meaning it is undamaged and in complete original packaging.

If these conditions are met, AiDot will arrange an exchange or refund for the price paid for the product. The customer is responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges, and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit. AiDot reserves the right to not offer an exchange or refund if the above-mentioned terms are not met.

 

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-7 working days.

 

Bundle Offers

In the instance of bundle offers, all items within the bundle must also be returned or the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any available refund. If you want to return your goods, please contact us:service@linkind.com. If you return your kit, the right of membership will be canceled at the same time.

 

Note: Our Return Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To fill in your refund information, please click here.
